Service Level Agreements
After a period of cooperation we suggest our clients to enter into a service contract (Service Level Agreement SLA). In which we abide on the following points:
- Reaction Time/ Security
- included services (support, maintenance etc.)
- System Monitoring
- affected equipment
- If needed, enhanced on-call service up to 24/7
- Monthly amount
A SLA allows both parties a full cost control. This kind of collaboration enables an ideal support of the infrastructure on which we can be proud of.

After three to six months we define the performance as well as the quantity structure together through IT support on demand and direction.
