Service Level Agreements
After a period of mutual learning and recruitment, we recommend a service contract (SLA) to our customers. We note the following:
- Reaction times / collateral
- included services (support, maintenance, etc.)
- system monitoring
- affected equipment
- Extended standby service up to 24/7 if required
- Amount for monthly lump sum
To SLA enable both parties to be able to meet the needs of our customers, and this type of cooperation allows us to provide optimal infrastructure support, which we can be conscientious about.
